By booking or using services provided by Dino Foam, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not guarantee a reservation. Your event is only confirmed after you receive confirmation from Dino Foam and complete any required payment or deposit.

Payments & Deposits
Any required deposit, remaining balance, payment deadline, and accepted payment methods will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking. Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that make the event unsafe or impractical.

Weather Policy
Foam parties are outdoor activities and may be affected by weather. Dino Foam reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel an event when weather or site conditions create a safety concern.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring access to suitable water and electrical sources when required. The event area must be reasonably safe and suitable for foam party activities.

Safety & Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by Dino Foam. Dino Foam reserves the right to stop participation or end an event due to unsafe, reckless, or inappropriate behavior.

Liability Waiver
A completed liability waiver may be required before participation. Participation in a foam party involves inherent risks, including slipping, falling, collisions, and possible skin or eye irritation.

Photos & Videos
Dino Foam will only use identifiable customer or participant photos and videos for marketing purposes when appropriate consent has been provided.

Service Changes
Dino Foam may make reasonable changes to equipment, props, activities, or service details when necessary due to availability, safety, weather, or operational circumstances.

Intellectual Property
The Dino Foam name, logo, branding, website content, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
